Full Support Structure & Thickest Shell in the Industry

Our tubs are built with a full support structure to adequately support the shell when full of water. Support pedestals and component stands are strategically placed under each seat and high load bearing areas. This almost completely removes stress added to the shell when full. Our supports and added thickness of the shell ensure an extremely long lifespan and NO RISK of cracking.

 Maintenance

When it comes to maintenance, the open cavity design allows for complete accessibility all the way around the tub. You are able to open the cabinet on all sides and get to internal parts. Maintenance couldn't be any simpler than it is with a Premium Leisure tub.

 Insulation & Energy Efficiency

All of our tubs utilize Thermozone Insulation. NASA designed and uses it for a reason...  IT WORKS! We start with a completely sealed cabinet (including an ABS molded floor), then we wrap the Thermozone Insulation around the inside of the cabinet. The floor and under side of the shell is then lightly sprayed with a high density foam. What we get is an absolutely efficient cabinet, which keeps cold air out and warm air in. The heat given off by pumps and heaters also helps maintain the internal air temperature by circulation.

 Open Cavity Design

This design is superior to the foam filled method in every way. To make it easily understandable, we've broken it down in sections based on critical factors:

Hands Down the BEST Way to Build a Strong, Long Lasting, Energy Efficient Hot Tub

ABS Form Molded Base

A sealed & strong floor serves many purposes. Beyond keeping

warm air in and cold air out, it also keeps critters like mice, rats,

bugs, and other pests out. It also gives you the ability to place your hot tub on non-perfect surfaces like pea gravel, patio blocks, grass (not recommended but OK), etc. If you are placing a hot tub inside your house or any other enclosed environment, an enclosed floor is a MUST! If a leak were to happen, the floor will contain the water for a period of time; protecting floors, walls, ceilings and other indoor structures.
